Misdiagnosis Litigation

Author- Robin M. Gray R. N.
In Breast Lump What Lies Beneath, I  review my  litigation process from filing a lawsuit to final settlement and discuss how my lawyer nearly lost my lawsuit, if it were not for the research I had done on litigation. Yes, you'll have to read my book to get the inside scoop on how I successfully obtained lawsuit settlement despite some of my lawyer's errors.

Of course, litigation was a means for me to try to make my physicians more accountable and perhaps a means for change. I can only hope that my case will be remembered by my doctors so other women will not be misdiagnosed.

However, litigation is not for everyone, and I personally believe that it is far more important to heal from a misdiagnosis and cancer diagnosis than winning a lawsuit. In chapter seven, I review some of the important steps that I took to resolve some of the anger related to my cancer misdiagnosis and how I found the path of acceptance.
